The winner of this year’s Elmbridge ‘Junior Citizen’ Picture Competition is Joshua, a pupil at Cranmere Primary School in Esher. His artwork entry was judged to be the best out of hundreds submitted and he received a £50 Amazon voucher as his prize, courtesy of Child Safety Media, along with laminated copies of his artwork and a Junior Citizen Certificate.
