June 2026 saw yet another Oldham ‘Crucial Crew’ event being completed.
The event, which ran from Monday, 8th June to Wednesday, 24th June 2026 (13 days) at the Mahdlo Youth Zone, saw approximately 1,500 Year 6 children, from 35 local primary schools across the borough, taking part in a series of interactive safety education and wellbeing workshops.
These pupils participated in a variety of activities presented by Greater Manchester Police, British Transport Police, TravelSafe Partnership, Positive Steps, Mahdlo and School Nurses.
We would like to say a big ‘thank you!’ to Jigsaw Homes who made a generous donation to this year’s event.
