The winner of this year’s Crewe ‘Crucial Crew’ Picture Competition is Kate from St Mary’s Catholic Primary School in Middlewich. Kate’s artwork entry was judged to be the best out of hundreds of submissions and she received a £50 Waterstones voucher as her prize, courtesy of Child Safety Media, along with laminated copies of his artwork and a Junior Citizen Certificate.
Kate’s parents advised that she would love a voucher in order to buy new books and suggested that we keep the surprise until the presentation was made!
Kate can be seen here being presented with her vouchers, together with a Crucial Crew certificate and laminated copy of her artwork, by Cheshire Police Youth Engagement Officer, PC Andrew Cornall, together with Site Chemist & Environmental Engineer, Matt Balmforth, from our main sponsors, BAE Systems.
