You’ll know from our previous posts that we invite pupils who attend our events to enter our picture competition. The competition is an opportunity for them to illustrate what they learnt at the event and highlight their favourite moments. And of course, there’s also the incentive of a £50 prize in the form of gift vouchers of their choice.
So, here’s Elisha from Burstow Primary School in Horley who was the winner from our 2022 Junior Citizen event in Tandridge, Surrey. Elisha is pictured receiving her award from Debbie Hay, General Manager at Lingfield Park Race Course, and Dan Boneham, our Partnerships Director.
Elisha chose vouchers from The Range as she wanted to get some art supplies, but there was another surprise too when Debbie presented her with a VIP Family Day at the Races package, including food vouchers, etc.
It’s fair to say that Elisha was a very happy girl. We congratulate her on winning the competition and hope that she enjoys her prizes.
