The winner of this year’s Watford and Three Rivers ‘Crucial Crew’ Picture Competition is Emman, a former pupil of Parkgate Junior School. Emman’s artwork entry was judged to be the best out of hundreds submitted and she received a £50 Tesco voucher as her prize, courtesy of Child Safety Media, along with laminated copies of her artwork and a Crucial Certificate.
